Wozniak on funding needs for smaller city school districts
By Matt Ryan
The Court of Appeals ruled recently that small school districts can sue the state over funding inequities that can deny students a “sound, better education.” This week Dr. Peggy Wozniak, the Binghamton City School District Superintendent, joins us in-studio to talk about the lawsuit and what it means going forward. In this preview clip, our Casey Seiler asks Wozniak how schools can receive more funding without further hurting the taxpayer. Watch the full interview this weekend on New York NOW.
